In Campaigns, we will use the value you have set for your users Identity as the default email address for sending emails. If you do not use Email as your Identity/ Customer ID then please follow the steps below to allow you to send emails.
On this page, you can select the property you use to collect email addresses with (if it is not Customer ID). By default, this will be set to customer ID. Whatever property you select in this dropdown is the values we will use for sending emails.
You can also choose the field where you store Name, this is for reporting purposes only.
